This Privacy Policy explains how TenX, Inc. ("TenX", "we") collects, uses and protects information when founders and investors use our platform. By using TenX you agree to the practices described here.
Information we collect
Account information (name, email, company details), the content you create (metrics, updates, documents, sweat-equity records), and usage data such as page views, opens and engagement. Investors provide only the information needed to receive updates and interact with the companies that invite them.
How we use information
To provide and improve the service: drafting and delivering investor updates, powering the investor portal and company-health views, generating documents, processing payments, and communicating with you about your account.
AI processing
When you use AI drafting, the metrics and notes you submit are processed by our AI providers solely to generate a draft for you. We do not sell your data, and your content is not used to train third-party foundation models.
Payments
Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. TenX does not store raw card details. Stripe processes your payment information under its own privacy terms.
Sharing
We share your content only with the investors you explicitly invite, and with subprocessors that help us run the service (for example, cloud hosting, email delivery and payment processing) under appropriate data-protection terms.
Data retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can request export or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
Security
We protect your information with encryption in transit and at rest, isolated workspaces and least-privilege access. See our Security page for more detail.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete your personal data. Contact us to exercise these rights.
