Terms of Service

Agreement
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of TenX, Inc.'s platform. By creating an account or using TenX, you agree to these terms. If you're using TenX on behalf of a company, you represent that you're authorised to accept these terms for it.
Your account
You're responsible for your account, your credentials and the activity that happens under it. Keep your login secure and notify us of any unauthorised use.
Acceptable use
Use TenX only for lawful investor-relations purposes. Don't upload unlawful content, attempt to breach security, or misuse the service in ways that harm TenX or other users.
Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through Stripe. Plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time; changes take effect according to your billing cycle and are prorated by Stripe where applicable.
Free plan & limits
The Starter plan is free and subject to usage limits (such as investor count and monthly AI drafts). We may prompt you to upgrade when you reach a limit. Limits and features may change with notice.
Coupons & discounts
Promotional codes are subject to their stated terms, including expiry and redemption limits, and may be modified or withdrawn. Discounts apply only as described at checkout.
Your content
You retain ownership of the content you create in TenX. You grant us a limited licence to process and display it solely to provide the service to you and the investors you invite.
AI output
AI-generated drafts are provided to assist you. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before it is published or sent to investors.
Availability
We work to keep TenX available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
Termination
You may stop using TenX at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination you can request an export of your data.
Liability
TenX is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding a claim.
